The marketplace
Laja Motors is a curated marketplace. Sellers submit listings; we inspect and approve, reject (with a stated reason), or mark them sold. Approval reflects our inspection at that point in time and does not replace your own diligence and test drive.
Seller responsibilities
By listing, you confirm you own the vehicle or are authorised to sell it, that the information and photos are accurate, and that documents are genuine. Misrepresentation leads to rejection or removal and may lead to account suspension.
Cancellations & refunds
Booking amounts paid to reserve a car are refundable in full for 7 days or until the RC-transfer process begins, whichever is earlier. Loan facilitation is free; any lender charges are governed by your agreement with the lender.
Liability
The sale contract is between buyer and seller. Our liability is limited to the services we directly provide — inspection, listing and transfer assistance — to the extent permitted by law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
