What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone, city), listing information and photos you upload, and callback or loan requests you submit. Photos and profiles are stored in our MongoDB database. We also log basic usage data to keep the site fast and secure.
How we use it
To run the marketplace: reviewing and publishing listings, connecting buyers with sellers after a callback request, arranging inspections, and — where you ask for it — introducing you to partner lenders. We do not sell your personal data.
Who sees your details
Buyer contact details from a callback request are shared with our concierge team and the seller of that specific car only. Seller contact details are masked on public pages and shared with a buyer only after a confirmed request.
Your choices
You can edit your listings, mark them sold, or ask us to delete your account and data by writing to privacy@Lajamotors.in. We respond within 30 days.
